What your day will look like
- Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists.
- Assisting customers in navigating our range of cuttingedge hearing devices and accessories.
- Resolving concerns and ensuring a seamless customer experience that leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Local marketing engagement to promote your clinic.
This role is 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm
What you bring
- Prior experience delivering highquality
customer service, in a retail or allied health environment. - Strong computer literacy skills and
the ability to pick up multiple programs with ease (CRM, phone, appointment book management) - A proven track record in managing competing priorities within a busy environment
- High attention to detail with a
solid administration background and a strong team player - A positive and teamorientated attitude with the
ability to
work autonomously
