The Opportunity
This exciting opportunity is a part-time permanent position, flexible roster totalling 25 hours per week.

Your

role

will

include:

  • Using our ERP system and internal programs to perform accounts payable functions and administration;
  • Following up with all suppliers queries regarding outstanding payments;
  • Providing and electronically store remittance/receipts;
  • Accurately maintain Petty Cash account and manage funds;
  • Supporting the issuing of purchase orders for Commercial Windows;
  • Assisting with stock take and asset management activities.

What you'll learn:

  • Create and accurately assign AP account codes to new suppliers;
  • Issuing weekly Cash Flow forecasts for expenditure and receivables;
  • Processing payments to creditors and maintaining reconciliations for supplier accounts;
  • Tending to any queries from our supplier creditor accounts or management;
  • Maintaining vehicle register and kilometres for annual FBT;
  • Supporting continuous process improvements and system improvements across the finance department.

What we'll love about you

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build strong working relationships;
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
