We are looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience in administration work in General Medical Practice and working at reception.
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner. Fluent in English
  • Essential experience in working with computers and exposure to PracSoft and Medical Director software is an advantage
  • Well presented and shows empathy and patience towards patients.
  • Flexible in working hours and available to work either morning or afternoon shifts on any day of the week and can cover Saturday shift when needed.
  • Own transport
You will be working in a friendly family owned General Practice located within shopping center premises.

Available to start ASAP.

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
