We are looking for someone who has
- Previous experience in administration work in General Medical Practice and working at reception.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner. Fluent in English
- Essential experience in working with computers and exposure to PracSoft and Medical Director software is an advantage
- Well presented and shows empathy and patience towards patients.
- Flexible in working hours and available to work either morning or afternoon shifts on any day of the week and can cover Saturday shift when needed.
- Own transport

You will be working in a friendly family owned General Practice located within shopping center premises.

Available to start ASAP.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.38 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
