This position is ideal for individuals with a background in hospital CSSD or previous experience with loan kit/loan set in orthopedics or sports medicine. It is also suitable for those who have worked in a professional warehouse environment, emphasizing attention to detail and collaborative work.

About the Role:

  • Review and manage surgical loaner instrument and implant sets
  • Track loaner sets, updating content when products expire or engineering changes are made
  • Update set inventory lists to reflect lot code changes
  • Thorough understanding and communication of loaner ERP system procedures and transactions
  • Precisely transfer sets from work-in-progress storage to available stock for shipping
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to maintain proper configuration

About the Requirements:

Experience with SAP would be advantageous, and training can be provided if necessary.

Prior experience as a Loan Kit Technician in another medical devices company would be favored, but comprehensive training is available for newcomers to this profession.

Applications are encouraged from CSSD Technicians, Warehouse or Customer Service Specialists, as well as Biomedical graduates looking to break into the Medical Device sector.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle pressure effectively
  • Keen attention to detail in documenting essential information/issues
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficient written and oral communication abilities
  • Capability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and adept in Word and Outlook
  • Good physical and mental well-being
