THE COMPANY:

Equipment supplier located at Taren Point.

THE POSITION:

This newly created position will see you managing the business and personal life of the MD & supporting the National Sales Manager.

You will take ownership of the day to day responsibilities that come with a true EA role. No two days will ever be the same

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide confidential administrative support for Managing Director & National Sales Manager
• Management of filing, archiving, scanning, storage management, and general administration
• Coordinating and arranging meetings and capturing minutes (if required)
• Collecting and ensuring approval of expenses (both work and personal) and direct reports
• Involvement in various ongoing projects
• Establishing and enforcement of new procedures
• Booking all travel & accommodation
• Personal ad hoc tasks
• Organising events / catering / gifts etc.
• Assisting with general HR functions
• Follow up actions given to other team members
• Keep Managing Director & National Sales Manager on track of their action lists
• Upkeep of the company car fleet; insurance and registration renewals, services and repair appointments
• Maintain & develop effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

SALARY:
$90-110K + Super
