Role Summary:


The Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager People, Strategy and Social Value is an exciting opportunity based at our Perth CBD office.


The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant (EA) to the EGM is to pro-actively provide a wide range of executive level administration support in a professional, timely, responsible and confidential manner.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Operate with flexibility and prioritise conflicting demands on behalf of the GM
  • Plan, organise and accurately prepare drafts of all necessary reports, correspondence, submissions, and presentations.
  • Lead small projects of behalf of the GM which may require collaboration and analysis e.g. office moves, collation of reports and summary of outcomes, budget roll up.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate to others on behalf of the GM.
  • Proactively approach the workload to instigate and run projects for the GM.

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in an executive level EA position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and will make things happen
  • Demonstrated experience preparing submissions and papers for executive and board meetings and presentations Knowledge and experience in the use of treasury management systems
