What you'll do

  • Develop, analyse, and refine product and pricing strategies to achieve financial goals and growth objectives.
  • Identify customer pain points and continuously improve the value proposition of our customer deposit products.
  • Conduct research and analyse data to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead the creation of customer-centric propositions that deepen relationships and align with broader bank and group objectives.
  • Design and maintain cost-effective distribution channels that cater to diverse customer preferences.
  • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory, legal, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Leverage data across the bank to understand customer behaviour and develop targeted propositions for enhanced value.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience in product or financial management environment
  • Demonstrated experience in roles requiring high levels of strategic thinking / planning, analytical skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong understanding of financial landscape and external business environment
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong presentation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or finance are desirable.
