The Role and You

Under the guidance of the Regional Accounting Manager, this position offers insight into the intricacies of the broader finance team, both locally and globally, providing a platform for driving tangible transformations. Responsibilities entail delving into Shared Based Payments, payroll intricacies, and commissions, with a focus on comprehending total manpower costs for the Group.

The finance unit at WiseTech strives for a harmonious blend of robust financial oversight and enabling business agility for growth. This role marks a pivotal milestone in that trajectory.

You exhibit strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks while adeptly nurturing global relationships. Possessing keen analytical prowess, you are self-sufficient, proactively problem-solving in diverse scenarios. Adaptability to a non-hierarchical setting and a hands-on approach are imperative for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating on payroll accounting, engaging with stakeholders across the finance division to comprehend, process, and elucidate payroll transactions
  • Executing sales commission calculations in alignment with the predetermined plan
  • Offering assistance to the worldwide sales unit, including addressing commission queries and configuring opportunities in the CRM system
  • Compiling individual and regional sales commission reports
  • Pioneering automation initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability in commission operations

Your Background

  • Certified Accountant with 1-3 years of professional experience and relevant qualifications (Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
