We are seeking an efficient, friendly and well organised person to join our residential property management team.

This role will be a front line position, working with an engaged, driven and collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

This role provides exposure to a variety of administrative duties within the property sector. You will have a passion for property, an attention to detail and a great personality.

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing front reception desk and telephone
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Contractor main point of contact
  • Tenant main point of contact
  • Other administration duties as required

Qualifications About you**:

  • A desire to learn and develop your skills
  • Flexible, resourceful and proactive. A go getter who is keen to help.
  • Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic & genuine drive to achieve

To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Willing to complete traineeship in Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
