Playing a critical role in recruitment and contractor management, you will support over 160 permanent employees and engage a workforce of approximately 300 more during season.

It is crucial you have had experience in high volume, fast paced, end-to-end recruitment for this reason.

The role is multifaceted incorporating recruitment, training administration and adhoc projects and reporting.


As a group role supporting multiple entities, you will report to and be mentored by the Human Resources Officer offering career development and advancement opportunities.


The Role

  • Develop professional Position Descriptions and creative advertisements and job vacancy marketing campaigns
  • Carry out endtoend recruitment, engagement,
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
  • Establish strong sourcing strategies, talent pooling and social networking recruitment tools
  • Coordinate apprenticeship program and maintain relationship with training providers
  • Organise short course external training
  • Maintain current training, licenses and certifications of team

Requirements:

  • Must have minimum 2 years' experience in fast paced, endtoend recruitment
  • Excellent written communication skills, capability to market vacancies and employer brand
  • Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing stakeholder needs
  • Cando, positive attitude with willingness to learn on the job and take direction

On Offer
