Job Title:
Plastics Extrusion Operator
As a Plastic Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic extrusion machinery. Your primary focus will be ensuring the quality and efficiency of the extrusion process while adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plastic extrusion machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure product quality.
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 25kgs repetitively.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Plastic Extrusion Operator is an advantage.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift 25kgs repetitively.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
