Reporting to the Franchise Partner and Store Manager, the Barista is responsible for Serving handcrafted and high-quality espresso beverages. Delivering an ultimate coffee experience is the Barista's focus, as they maintain and clean their equipment and ensure total quality is delivered in a timely and engaging fashion

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Present handcrafted, quality beverages to every guest
  • Process orders using the Gloria Jean's exacting standards
  • Follow Gloria Jean's Coffee's guest service standards
  • Daily shift priorities as set by the Manager/Franchise Partner

Essential for success in this role is:

  • Proven customer service experience preferably in a retail / hospitality environment;
  • Availability to work both week days/nights and weekends; and
  • Previous barista experience preferred but not essential, formal training will be provided.
