One of Australia's largest mining companies are seeking an experienced Analyst Mobilisation Officer to join their team on a one year contract position with the possibility of extension commencing in May 2023.

Based in Perth City, with 2/3 days per week working from home.

Responsible for the timely communication and delivery of:

  • Accommodation Reports (forecast vs actual bookings by project)
  • Forecasts
  • Key process deliverables and results
  • Analyse and audit:_
  • Utilisation; accommodation and flights
  • Accommodation Priority Outcomes
  • Forecasts
Co-ordinate and manage meetings with relevant Sustaining Capital stakeholders.

  • Maintain the 'one stop' platform from where all stakeholders can view:_
  • Forecasts
, accommodation availability;
- accommodation prioritisation outcomes;
- upcoming constraint periods; and
- accommodation report.

Escalate to the Advisor Mobilisation any emerging issues

  • Governance and Reporting _
  • Ensure all stakeholders are following the process including lead time, data integrity, formats etc.
  • Escalate to the Advisor Mobilisation any nonconformance of the above

Skills and Experience:

  • High attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced Excel
  • Forecasting experience (preferably in travel)
  • Experience as a Analyst Mobilisation Officer
  • Experience with Sustaining capital projects (desired)
