Role Purpose

As the Manager, Events & Partnerships you will build strategic partnerships and deliver unforgettable experiences and events.

Reporting to the EGM, Marketing & Communications, this will be a strategic and hands on role that will increase the brand presence in the market.

Key Accountabilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including client entertainment, B2B networking, industry conferences and notforprofit engagement.
  • Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Creating and managing event budgets, ensuring costeffectiveness and highquality execution.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless event logistics and successful outcomes, with a focus on sales.
  • Leading postevent evaluations and reporting to measure the success of events against established goals.
  • Keeping abreast of marketing and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the planning and execution of events.
  • Occasionally representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

- _Ensure all stakeholders are aware of events purpose, opportunities, business benefits and investment._
- _Ensure that all events are managed professionally._

Knowledge | Skills | Abilities

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in event management and sponsorship or partnership development.
  • Previous experience in sports partnerships is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional results to all stakeholders.
