We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator with Scheduling experience to join our team - Based in Castle hill

Mon - Fri

8-4 Or 9-5

Processing Customer supplied products in accordance with our management system:

Coordination experience:

Organising / Scheduling Mobile Technicians:


  • Maintaining communication with Technicians and Customers:
  • Maintain records on the database
  • Organise 3rd party requirements and follow ups
  • Maintain high level of customer service with communication and support
  • Work in conjunction with our team to maximize customer satisfaction and compliance
  • WHS systems
  • Carrying out tasks allocated by our customer care manager

The right person:

  • Able to work 5 days
  • Punctual and Organised
  • Can handle themselves well under pressure
  • Car and drivers license

Has experience in a similar role (Min 2 years):

  • Available ASAP

Pays:

Starting 32.50ph
Pays are done Weekly
