The essential requirements for this role are:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in providing contemporary human resource, employee relations and industrial relations services and advice to support business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to perform advocacy in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic, tactical and operational advice to support the effective management of industrial and employee relations issues.
  • Proven ability to formulate and implement strategic employee relations initiatives and policy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
