Sunnyfield Enterprises is currently seeking an experienced Production Technician to join their cutting-edge TGA Primary operation team. As a Production Technician, your main responsibility will be to efficiently and safely set up and maintain specific machinery in a TGA environment, ensuring that production operations meet customer requirements accurately and on schedule. This is a full-time position based in Allambie Heights.

About the role:

  • Performing machine set up, calibration, and changeovers following TGA manufacturing guidelines and SOPs
  • Conducting advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to address production issues
  • Ensuring high-quality product output with minimal cycle time and waste generation
  • Adhering to HACCP and TGA quality systems' standards and regulations

About you:

  • Demonstrated mechanical proficiency
  • Holding technical and trade certifications with at least 2 years of relevant on-the-job experience
  • Capable of collaborating within a team in a dynamic manufacturing setting
  • Prior experience in handling diverse manufacturing equipment
  • Background in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries
