YOUR OPPORTUNITY


Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will be the key contact in ensuring successful onboarding/registration of new contractors by proactively phoning invited contractors throughout their onboarding journey.


Supporting each contractor individually by understanding their business and providing them with the tools required to complete the pre-qualification process.

You will also have the ability to upsell and negotiate techniques to ensure the contractors proceed with the registration process through to completion.


Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Guide new contractors through a seamless onboarding journey by making outbound calls to improve conversion and retention
  • Build highly effective working relationships and rapport with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain and promote knowledge base content to enable contractors to be selfsufficient
  • Proactively manage contractor feedback/escalations and ensure issue is satisfactorily resolved

To be successful, you will have:

  • 2+ years experience in a call centre environment with some sales experience
  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience with a drive to exceeding customer expectations
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft products especially Excel
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Exceptional communication both verbally and written and a team player who can work independently as well as part of a team
