The Assistant Store Manager position at Eastgardens is an opportunity for a driven and inspiring individual seeking an opportunity that will enable career progression and success.

You will form a pivotal part of Eastgardens' leadership team, inspiring Sales Professionals to create long lasting relationships with our customers and be responsible for driving sales to achieve targets.

More about you

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs
  • Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
  • A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a fastpaced environment
  • Effective coach who has the ability to improve the performance of other team members and create a supportive, motivated culture within the store
  • Ability to manage relationships at a variety of levels within the business
  • A desire to provide an outstanding experience for both stakeholders and team members
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
