About the RoleAs the Deputy Principal you will:
- Lead innovations to support improved educational outcomes for students in the middle school.
- Lead the SET Planning process and transition for students into the Senior School.
- Lead student management and wellbeing in the Middle School.
- Strategically oversee the organisation of our Student Council and Interact association.
- Lead and oversee the Whole School Awards Ceremony and Kedron Week organisation.
- Lead the Middle School operational areas including but not limited to:
- Student enrolment and student induction processes
- Student leadership
- Subject selection processes
- Acknowledgment Awards ceremonies
- Strategically lead the 'Kedron Connect' Project. The 'Kedron Connect' Project will focus on the review of our schoolwide systems and practices to foster student voice, student connectedness and belonging.
