An opportunity has now arisen for a Fund Analyst to join their Office team, responsible for providing unwavering support to the Fund Manager across the unlisted office portfolio.

Modelling Acquisitions and Disposals: The creation of models for acquisitions and disposals, conducting scenario analyses to assess potential outcomes.

Fund Model Maintenance: Regularly updating and fine-tuning the fund model ensures its accuracy and continued relevance.

Annual Fund Planning: Contribute actively to the initial preparation of annual Fund plans and sensitivity analyses.

Market Insight and Interpretation: Building a robust understanding of the commercial office market is essential. Interpret market research data to inform strategic investment decisions.

- Tertiary education in a Property or Finance discipline
- Expert knowledge of Australian commercial real estate markets
- Experienced in fund modelling and forecasting
- Exceptional communications skills with strong stakeholder engagement abilities
- A natural problem solving ability and an understanding of valuation principles
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Forbury & MRI advantageous
