Family Doctor is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the team at Chapel Gate Medical Centre in Windsor, Victoria.



Position Overview:
This is a great opportunity for a skilled nurse to deliver expert care and enhance their capabilities in a General Practice that prioritizes staff development. We are searching for a motivated and dynamic RN with a fervor for patient education and exceptional communication abilities.

Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA Registration,
  • Previous experience in a bustling General Practice or primary health environment,
  • Familiarity with Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments (a plus),
  • Proficiency in all general practice nursing tasks including immunizations, procedure support, wound care, and inventory management, among others,
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds,
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently,
  • Adeptness at handling varying workloads and demands in a workplace setting,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach,
  • Strong team orientation and adaptability,
  • Capability to effectively manage reminder systems and patient recalls,
  • Experience with Best Practice software (a bonus).
