Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative at DCARB, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our innovative hydrogen co-fuel solutions within the transportation industry.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and showcasing the value of our technology to help businesses reduce emissions and operating costs.

Your efforts will contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable and greener future.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients in the transportation sector who can benefit from our hydrogen cofuel solutions.
  • Research and understand the needs, challenges, and goals of prospective clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology and its benefits to effectively communicate its value proposition.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and personalized interactions.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and virtual/onsite meetings to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.

Solution Customization:

  • Collaborate with our technical team to design customized solutions that align with the unique requirements of each client.
  • Create tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the tangible benefits and ROI of adopting our technology.

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, keeping accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical experts, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless client experience.
  • Provide feedback from the field to assist in refining product offerings and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industries such as transportation, renewable energy, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of hydrogen technology and sustainable energy solutions is a plus.

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $90,000 with a lucrative commission structure, providing uncapped earning potential based on performance.
