Constant and measured growth has led to the requirement for a Head of Supply Chain Planning, where you will have ultimate responsibility over the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all production activities for the company.

You will work closely with the production team, supply chain team, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively across multiple sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize production processes and minimize waste.
  • Manage and oversee the production planning team across various sites, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure all planning aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a risk strategy across production capacity
  • Develop and encourage the highest of standards across the overall planning framework through out the forecasting and supply planning process.
  • Drive and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure optimal supply chain support

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field would be highly regarded.
  • Substantial experience in planning within a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in FMCG and high volume production
  • Strong leadership and management skills the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Very strong EPR systems and planning tools knowledge as well as Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
