We're looking for a Performance Marketer to join the Hatch Growth & Marketing team. We seek an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for paid channels to fuel growth.

You will oversee our expanding paid acquisition budget across various channels like Programmatic Job Boards, Meta, Google Ads, and explore other channels. This position demands taking ownership, making independent decisions, and a focus on data.

You will play a crucial role in driving candidate and employer growth, understanding the strategies needed to enhance marketplace health and ensure effective allocation of our marketing budget.

Regardless of your current knowledge, you will continuously learn and receive support from the Hatch team to aid in your development.
