Role Introduction


Cathay Pacific is seeking a motivated Lifestyle Executive to join our Lifestyle Team in Sydney on a full-time, 12-month contract.


The Lifestyle Executive is responsible for supporting the Head of Lifestyle, the Southwest Pacific team, and Head office to grow the lifestyle business in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Promotions and Campaigns

  • Assist the Head of Lifestyle in campaign planning and execution.
  • Prioritize and advocate the visibility of lifestyle program campaigns and general benefits in regular member communication and partner updates.
  • Drive internal and external awareness of programs benefits and campaigns with partners and members alike.

Membership Growth & Engagement

  • Support sales initiatives with compelling Lifestyle offers and benefits in the form of offer landing pages as appropriate.
  • Keep the customer and Cathay brand front of mind in any content and/or customer experiences, in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and executing regular member engagement & acquisition events and activities
  • Maintain and foster growth of Cathay Lifestyle awareness internally and externally.

Lifestyle Partnerships

  • Assist to develop local partnerships under the key lifestyle pillars, including payment, holidays, shopping, wellness and dining according to the region's lifestyle objective to provide a network of partners to engage Cathay members through accrual and redemption propositions
  • Assist in outreach and conversation to grow partnership base within the respective lifestyle (loyalty) pillars
  • Stay informed on the competitor landscape of other loyalty programs to ensure the Cathay Lifestyle program is competitive both for partners and members
  • Generate reports on lifestyle pillar performance
  • Build awareness of usage of lifestyle redemption platforms including Cathay Shop and travel awards platform.

E&A

  • Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline.
  • 2+ years' working experience, preferably with exposure to marketing, digital sales, or partnership role.
  • Demonstrable basic commercial understanding and problemsolving skills.
  • Good marketing sense with a good grasp and understanding of consumer insights.
  • Has an ability to work with data and produce insights.
  • Applied ability to be organised, attentive to detail and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
  • Good team player and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, detailoriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
