Our headquarters is comprised of a young, motivated team responsible for managing operations across all retail stores, online platforms, and warehouses in Australia.

About the Role:

About the Responsibilities:

  • As the operation's specialists, you will be responsible for all duties in the operation's at manager's absence.
  • Assist the manager in resolving operational issues.
  • Arrange meetings and teambuilding sessions as required.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries from staff and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit forms and other documents.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Update logs and order spreadsheets.
  • Analyze all operations and forward improvement suggestions to the manager.
  • Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures within the office.
  • Proactively propose improvements to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer markets.

About the Requirements:

You are a genuine individual who is passionate about sales and has a strong interest in the retail industry.

Whether you have little or extensive experience, a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset are crucial to us, as we will provide all the necessary training for your success.


  • Understanding of retail and how it operates. Experience from a storebased role is preferred.
  • Strong and clear communication skills to interact with various levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • Computer knowledge and understanding of Excel and Outlook.
  • Maintain flexibility as priorities may change at times.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical skills to sift through large amounts of data and information.
