As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be joining a team of L&D professionals that drive and support all Learning initiatives for our front-line call centre & retail member centres.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development activities that support and drive the strategic objectives.

What will you be doing?- Make recommendations on processes aligned to current business practice and emerging needs- Identify and implement the most effective and efficient learning methodologies, with a focus on digital learning practises and face to face engagement- Assist with the design and implementation of virtual onboarding and training programs to a large audience of adult learners- Conducting training sessions as required ensuring competence in both in the controlled classroom type environment and in relation to the workplace- Initiate learning interventions that support change impacts and projects- Internal and external stakeholders management- Collaborate and continuously improve common methodologies

You will also have a commitment to health and safety, and excellent time management and organisational skills are essential attributes.
