Construction Manager (Residential) – Bunbury / Southwest Based

Redink Southwest & SW1 Homes, Proudly part of Scott Park Group and Backed by one of the largest Building Groups in the world is looking to hire a motivated Construction Manager to lead & mentor our team of Site Supervisors in the South West Region

Working with a team of 5 Supervisors (And with more growth on the horizon), Based predominantly between Bunbury and Margaret River, you and your team will be working on building Single Storey Homes to a high standard of Quality, Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness.

We are looking to bring somebody on board who has a deep knowledge of Residential Construction, experience in a prior trade within a Supervisory Capacity, and ideally a loyal Trade Base and/or Supervisors.

The successful candidate for this role will take on a multifaceted position, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: You will help your team to be on the front with clients and deliver an exceptional journey.
  • Lead a your Team: of 5 supervisors to ensure the they are consistently being developed, upskilled, challenged, engaged and motivated.
  • Deliver on the Construction Journey: You will partner with your team to make sure they deliver an amazing product, on time.
  • Safety: You will take ownership of your team and trades and make sure they get home to their loved ones everyday by upholding our OHS standards.
  • Outside The Box Thinking: You must be tenacious, committed to driving a result and think outside the box to find solutions to day to day challenges.
  • Systems & processes: Ensure you and your team follow systems and processes already in place as well as enhance them as your grow into the role.

Ideally, you will be located in either Bunbury or Busselton, so you can be close by when your team need you.
