The Position

Skilled Medical is excited to offer a temporary opportunity in Telemedicine for General Practitioners aiming to enhance their skills in the virtual realm.

This role allows you to work from wherever you want, setting your own hours and commitment levels.

We are looking for candidates who can conduct multiple sessions per week, spanning 3 – 6 hours daily. Sessions are scheduled between 1200 and 2100 AEST, all week long.

For this short-term opportunity from June 23rd to July 14th, we are expanding our consultation availability and providing a higher rate of $120 per hour.

Utilizing advanced cloud-based Clinical software, you will be expected to see up to 4 patients per hour through video consultations. Comprehensive back-office support and training will be provided.

Given the premium nature of this medical service, we prioritize quality care, expecting patients to value exceptional service delivery embedded in the highest standards of professionalism.

If you are interested in continuing regular shifts post this locum, a 75% distribution with a revised guaranteed minimum will be accessible.

The Location

With your own contemporary computer and reliable broadband connection, your home office will serve as the work site.

Essential Criteria
Doctors must have general registration with AHPRA and qualifications in the field of General Practice are greatly valued. Proficiency in managing patients in both acute and chronic scenarios is essential, alongside adept computing skills for seamless navigation.

The Package
$120 per hour as a flat rate. This locum rate is applicable from June 23rd to July 14th. If you wish to continue with regular shifts post the locum, a 75% distribution with a revised guaranteed minimum is on offer.
