7 day Adult Community Mental Health Service - Acute Care Team
Hours: 7am to 11pm (shift work)

About you - responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop care plans
Provide therapeutic interventions and administer medications
Coordinate and manage a caseload, facilitating access to community resources
Work with a team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
Respond to mental health crises and develop safety plans
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare necessary reports

Essential

AHPRA Registration
Clinical Mental Health experience
Current Police Check
Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
BLS certificate
Hand hygiene certificate
Manual and patient handling certificate
Infection control certificate
Aggressive behaviour management certificate
Mandatory reporting of reasonable Suspicions of Child Abuse and Neglect certificate
Medications management including QPHS (Drugs and Poisons) Regulations November 2012 (Nurses) certificate
Responsibilities in relation to Aged Care Act and Elder Abuse certificate
Current Immunisation and Serology evidence
