The Job Role

Joining our Civil Solutions team, you'll take on the role of Facilities Manager, overseeing the operational stability of our facilities' security system. Your main responsibilities involve managing site security infrastructure, electronic security services, maintenance, and minor works. You'll also play a key role in ensuring the implementation of Saab's policies and procedures.

As the Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering maintenance services as per contract requirements
  • Managing changes to the contract and deliverables
  • Monitoring on-site performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators
  • Planning and executing corrective and preventative maintenance work
  • Developing and implementing all necessary artefacts according to the contract
  • Handling customer requests for Minor Works and Modifications

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of Facility Management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Security or similar field
  • Experience in managing system integration projects
  • Good understanding of commercial issues and contract execution
  • Experience in working with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Project management and team leadership experience
