About the Role

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greet and welcome customers, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain well-presented floor and display stock
  • Assist with Sales Consultant Diary management (allocation of leads and working with Sales Consultants to ensure follow up takes place)
  • Administration support to the sales team
  • Identify and deliver to customers initial needs.

To be successful, you will need to fulfil the following requirements.

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
