About Your New Role

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? As a Territory Manager for Cleanaway, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships within the construction and demolition industry. Your territory? The vibrant Gold Coast

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Business Development: Conduct face-to-face new business development activities and secure new clients.
  • Nurturing Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with current and prospective customers.
  • Support Sustainability: Drive our sustainable waste management approach in new areas to support growth.
  • Plan for Success: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost growth.
  • Stay on Top of the Game: Report accurately and timely on business activities in your territory.
  • Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools: Maintain your CRM (Salesforce) with client details and follow up on leads.

Your Skills and Experience

We're looking for a dynamic person with a can-do attitude and a passion for sales. While knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, it's your drive and enthusiasm that we value most. Key qualifications and attributes include:

  • Ability to tailor your communication style to different stakeholders and customers.
  • A current driver's license and reliable car.
  • Experience building and maintaining solid customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Proven experience meeting sales targets.
