You'll be up for pulling together with your crew, bunking in shared accommodation and the unpredictability and unique challenges of the alpine environment.

Reporting to the Staff Services Manager the Lodge Manager ensures that team members are accommodated in a safe, comfortable, reliable, and friendly manner whilst ensuring that the company's records are up to date, policies are observed, and our assets are respected and well maintained.


Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Pre-arrival welcome and induction of all lodgers
  • Consistent and accurate communication with the Staff Services department
  • Ongoing contact/communication with lodgers
  • Reporting and following up on all issues & maintenance requests including any defects or damage to the assets
  • Maintain a list of all movements (in and out) and provide the list to staff services weekly
  • Ensure that team members respect the rights of others in particular with regard to noise and unruly behaviour
  • Ensure entry and exit areas to buildings are kept clear of snow, ice, rubbish etc
  • Ensure team member's compliance with all company policies and in particular those relating to accommodation as referred to in the Staff Services Agreement
  • Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the lodge
  • Deep cleaning of assigned areas

We're looking for people with:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be a team player, enthusiastic, willing to learn, have great people skills required
  • Must be organized and able to multitask, be patient and well mannered required
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a team atmosphere required
  • Approachable and open manner required
  • Willingness to administer and adhere to Company policies required
