About Our Client:

My client specialise in security solutions for a diverse client based across Australia.

This diverse role encompasses the below key tasks:

  • Assist the General Managers with their duties, to include co-ordination of meeting requirements, commitments, and travel arrangements (planning itineraries, developing agendas, meeting requirements, reporting expenses
  • Provide administrative and logístical support to all aspects of the company's corporate governance policies and procedures;
  • Assist management staff with preparing, editing and formatting documents upon request
  • Oversee and support other administration roles
  • Undertake general office and reception duties in conjunction with Administration staff
  • Maintaining office facilities and equipment by assisting with procurement and routine maintenance and upkeep
  • Continual review of the business process and when required the implementation of new or the amendment of process and procedures
  • Organise company events
  • Handle internal, confidential business information and ensure high levels of confidentiality at all times
  • Recruitment function
  • Manage new employee on boarding
  • Assist with sensitive and confidential HR issues and situations

In order to be successful in this role you will have a diverse background in administrative support and HR.
