YOUR NEW ROLE
Working from our

Mitchelton QLD office, you will:

  • Provide support for Administration for Career Shift and the national DVA program to the highest standard of quality to enhance efficiencies in the running of daytoday operations.
  • Provide customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team is compliant with the policies and procedures and offer consistency in service delivery.
  • Complete of relevant account custom fields and tasks to support KPI management and quality assurance. Liaise with consultants as required.
  • Perform basic accounting duties including invoicing.
  • Maintain and update client database/systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US

  • Experience working in administrative role minimum 6 months
  • Proficient in technology
  • A commitment to consistently adapt to change & provide support to the team
  • Attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised
