About the Job

We are seeking a Repair Engineer to join our global team in Singapore, focusing on steel repair inspections in the Marine Heat & Gas unit.

Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise: Oversee boiler repair tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and investigate incidents.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

What You Know

  • Experience in repair and maintenance work.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and project management software.
  • Technical knowledge in a mechanical field.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations in boiler repair.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
