Nestled within our Broking team, our Construction and Warranty division is well known for its expertise in this specialised field.

We are looking for an eager Relationship Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of valued construction clients, nationally.


About the Role
Insurance House is a key player in the DBI /Builders' Warranty market. This role is critical in the eligibility assessment and approval process for builders in the domestic construction industry, nationally.

In servicing our SME clients as well as major builders, your responsibilities include

  • Develop/maintain a high level of financial literacy, whilst engaging with relevant industry content ensuring knowledge and work practices are current
  • Responding to enquiries/requests from stakeholders within agreed service standards
  • Preparation of quotes and underwriting submissions
  • Attend regular meetings run by external insurers and agencies
Several key focus areas of this role include stakeholder partnering, client delivery and process improvement.
