About us

PM Advantage Reports is a small family run business growing rapidly, supporting Property Managers with Property Condition Reports from Mandurah all the way to Perth

If you love talking to people and getting out and about then this is the role for you As an inspector, your day to day role would be:

  • Going to various Real Estate offices to collect and then return keys for your day's inspections (sometimes there are lockboxes on site, YAY)
  • Creating Property Condition Reports
  • Taking detailed photos and providing very detailed notes/recording of any issues
  • Uploading photos

$ $35.00 per hour
