We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the Investor Services team in Melbourne, Australia.

This role is primarily responsible for interacting with clients, their advisers and other internal & external stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure effective processes and delivery of exemplary client service.


  • What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?
  • Support the onboarding of new fund investors and provide ongoing service to existing fund investors
  • Liaise with external unit registry provider to answer client queries, complete account openings, and resolve trade and account maintenance queries
  • Perform daily administrative duties and ensure all requests and tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner
  • Liaise with investment management teams and outsourced unit registry provider to resolve any daily cashflow queries
  • Day to day oversight of outsourced unit registry provider and Investor Services mailbox
  • Ensure regular internal and external reporting requirements are met
  • Answer internal and external enquiries as it relates to requests for fund information
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Distribution, Product and Client Service teams
  • Assist with project related work as and when required
  • What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred
  • RG146 (training provided) 35 years relevant experience
  • Strong client service experience, a working knowledge of unit trust administration preferably in a custodial or operational environment and some investment market knowledge
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders with an emphasis on supporting the Distribution team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail, strong numeracy skills and good time management
  • Excellent computing skills particularly across the MS Office suite and SharePoint#LI-APAC
