Office Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a dynamic office environment, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing relationships with stakeholders to assisting and supporting subcontractors and implementing office policies.
This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent support to all team members, as well as a keen eye for detail in managing office systems and procedures.
What you'll do:
As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's office.
This will include:
- Organisation of the office day to day operations
- Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Manage directors' schedules, calendars, and appointments
- End to end project management
- Evaluate and manage staff performance as well as recruit and onboard new staff
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints
What you bring:
The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in office management or similar administrative roles, including:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively amidst a busy work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to analyse projects and provide insightful reviews to management
- Demonstrated ability in coaching and guiding staff towards top performance
