About the job
Provide day to day caretaker, front of house, back of house hospitality, courier, technical services, and general operational and cleaning duties to support and facilitate the presentation and operation of Building

Responsibilities
The person undertaking this role will ensure residents receive timely,

professional and courteous support.

You will work closely with the owners corporation committee (OCC) and our owners

corporation management (OCM) service.

The role will provide a range of services that:

- ensure the building's premium appearance is maintained
- build, maintain and enhance communication with all residents
- ensure the safety of the building and residents is never compromised
- manage the entire building environment

Qualifications
We are looking for a someone who with the following experience:
Essential

  • Ability to work independently without immediate supervision, be flexible and to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to undertake cleaning, basic maintenance and manual tasks associated with the maintenance of a residential building
Desirable

  • Experience working in hospitality, maintenance or cleaning roles
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment

You will need to demonstrate:
- strong interpersonal skills
- good natured, polite & patient
- reliability and able to work independently
- impeccable grooming and well presented
- sound computer skills
- an excellent attention to detail
- sound organisational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 36 per week

Salary:
$ $26.75 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Penalty rates

Experience:

  • Concierge: 1 year (preferred)
  • Caretaker: 1 year (preferred)
