Your Role Our Australian/APAC team is growing, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us as a technical project manager.

This is a customer facing role where you'll be the primary point of contact in delivering our proprietary software solution, Exonaut to our military customers.


Your main responsibilities include:
Responsiblefor the Project Management and Operational Delivery of Exonaut projects
Managethe day-to-day delivery of 4 C Strategies services.
Developrelationships with ADF customers and relevant industry partners to supportdelivery and generate further opportunities for 4 C Strategies growth.
Provideregular input to the 4 C software development process
Provideinput to proposal documents, pitches/presentations and RFP responses thatmatch 4 C solutions to business opportunities.
Providesupport to other 4 C Projects and Services, including outside the defencesector, as required.

Who you are:
You will be a self-starter, with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

You will be a rapid adopter of technology, with a willingness to learn along with the ability to build trust and create good relationships with both customers and colleagues.


Additionally, you will have/be:
Exmilitary, ideally with experience of ADF training
Previousproject management experience, ideally in a technical and/or IT relatedexperience
Abroad network which can lead you to positive engagement within the Armed Forces and broader Defence Sector.
Strongpresentation skills and excellent communications skills.
Abilityto build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution andfoster innovation.
Abilityto travel, primarily within Australia but occasionally worldwide.
Understandingof Quality Management, Health & Safety and Performance Management.
Understandingand aptitude in relation to training systems and user support.
