Job Description:

Who will you work with?
You will join an agency that values a point of view. Day to day, you will work with all relevant media stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaign planning and results. This role also closely collaborates with specialist media planning & trading, technology and digital partners.

You will be part of the performance team, which is all about results and accountability.

You will work with some of the brightest minds in the industry to produce work that feeds into the client's bottom line.

We have great relationships with our clients, which enables us to deliver great campaigns and positive results.

Who are we looking for?


A performance specialist with 3+ years experience proficient in paid search particularly regarding driving online sign ups and product revenue.

Proficient at pulling insights from Google Analytics, forecasting for multiple channels and an ability to prioritise multiple requests from clients and manage two smart executives.

There are lots of opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge as well as responsibilities across the client portfolio. There are many training opportunities internally and externally with our agency partners Google and Facebook.

What will your day look like?

  • You will run and manage campaigns end to end including developing the strategy to deliver on the KPI, build the campaign, go live, optimise and report back
  • You will optimise performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including paid search, shopping, display, paid social and retargeting
  • Your time will be allocated as
Paid Search: 70% Other channels (paid social, affiliates, apple search): 30%

  • You will help manage the execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit and new customers (KPI dependant)
  • You will be strong in client management across high volume account, working with pace and precision and manage the client in day to day communication and delivery
  • You will be able to demonstrate an aptitude to interrogate data to look for trends leading to insights
  • You will look for opportunities that support strategic decisionmaking and be able to communicate this to the client
  • You will maintain efficiencies throughout the team with processes and automation
  • You will utilise internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touchpoints
  • You will manage the full performance budget from forecasting, pacing, invoicing and reconciliation
  • To do so you will need to be proficient with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Youtube & Google Shopping. Some aspects such as experience with programmatic, Bid Management tools are highly regarded but not essential
  • You will have a high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, project management and organisation skills and will thrive in a fast paced environment
  • You will have a strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Slides,Docs and Keynote using a Mac.

Team Management & Development

  • You will work with the Performance Director to help facilitate deliverables for clients and with your direct reports to ensure tasks are completed effectively
  • You will provide development and training to direct reports so they can continue in their career progression with regular check ins on their wellbeing, development and to assess performance against #GROW goals.
