We are excited to announce a job opportunity as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Consultant with a renowned company in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate for this role must possess the ability to assess and predict client needs effectively, and handle challenging situations with diplomacy to uphold strong working relationships.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will demonstrate a keen awareness of the potential consequences of your actions and offer proactive solutions to enhance processes wherever necessary. You will engage directly with external clients and partners to support the Global Client Relationship team.



Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and nurturing profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Supervising customer relationships managed by your team.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Keeping customers informed about new product offerings to drive sales.
  • Collaborating with organizational managers for strategic planning.
  • Expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identifying and addressing specific customer requirements.
  • Conducting business evaluations using CRM tools.
  • Staying informed about competitors and devising appropriate strategies.

Client Relationship Manager Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of the products.
  • A collaborative team player with leadership qualities.
  • Positive demeanor focused on ensuring customer contentment.
