The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the project deliverables, stakeholders, and change management the client is currently implementing (Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, Blackthorn Events, and other integrations).


The Duties

  • Consulting with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements.
  • Liaising with the Technical team to request, coordinate and align platform deliverables.
  • Creating stakeholder reports and dashboards which optimise operational performance.
  • Documenting relevant business processes and resolving any interdepartmental gaps or conflicts.
  • Maintaining the project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Providing regular status updates, including risk identification and mitigation.
  • Coordinating the implementation of platform deliverables for key customers, including Membership, Premium Sales, Events, Community and Partnership functions.
  • Managing change within and across the CRM project.
  • Facilitating platform training and adoption for commercial outcomes.
  • Ensuring best practice data management including data quality, security, and architecture

Required Skills and Experience
Relationship Management

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience with project, stakeholder, and change and risk management
End User / Technical Expertise

  • Experienced with End User adoption of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud CRM, or other similar platforms
  • A working knowledge of commercial, sales, and marketing functions
  • Experienced in business analytics, dashboard, and report creation
Process orientated

  • Committed to knowledge sharing, procedure development and staff training
  • Strong understanding of data management and governance
Other

  • Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
