About the opportunity:


Working as part of a team within a GMP environment, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders for life-saving medications.

You will also have opportunities to develop skills and support other cross-functional areas of the business.

Duties:

  • Manage the receipt & processing of customer orders
  • Validating information in orders for completeness
  • Notifying customers of ETA's for their orders
  • Collaborating with production staff to monitor workload
  • Supporting customers with their enquiries
  • Documentation in relation to GMP
  • Ad hoc duties as per business needs

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have data entry / admin / customer service experience
  • Need to have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programmes (Word, Outlook etc.) is essential
  • Work experience within pharmaceuticals or retail pharmacy is highly advantageous
  • Related qualification (e.g. pharmacy, medical science etc.) would be beneficial
  • Reliable and dependable
  • High attention to detail / accuracy are critical in this role
  • Happy to commit to an ongoing assignment
