You are:

Responsible for the management and operations of the Centre
-
Confident liaising with families, company owners and external agencies
-
Professional in your leadership and training of staff
-
Passionate about proving the best education and care for children
-
Committed to ongoing learning and a best practice approach
-
Collaborative with your management team, educators, and care givers
-
Engaged with the children, their families, the educators and the wider community on a daily basis
-
Supportive of the staff in implementing developmentally appropriate programmes for children
-
Dedicated to ensuring the Centre exceeds quality assurance requirements

You have:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience managing a long daycare service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing teams
  • Responsibilities of this position do not include enrolments, accounts, marketing, advertising, or recruitment. _

Full-time Permanent Position

  • Applicant must be able to work 38 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am6.00pm._
  • Salary and bonuses are linked to qualifications and performance._
